  • 4 brioche burger buns

  • Oil for frying (canola or peanut oil)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with salt and pepper, then shape into four 1/4-pound patties.
  3. Fry turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy; set aside.
