  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, green onions, sage, and thyme until well blended.
  2. Place about two tablespoons of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper and fold over edges tightly to seal.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or fryer over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
  4. Fry 3-4 egg rolls at a time for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving with extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
