  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté diced chicken until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes.

  4. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave or skillet to make them pliable.

  6. Place taquitos seam-side down on the baking sheet, brush lightly with oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy.
