  • 8 oz low-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (optional)
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter (for crust, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. If using a crust, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
  3. In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey/maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the prepared crust (if using) and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Let cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
