  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook seasoned chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown. Shred the chicken once cooked.
