  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  • 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, sautéed onions, cranberries, breadcrumbs, herbs, eggs, and chicken broth until well combined.
  4. Using wet hands, form the mixture into golf ball-sized spheres and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and an internal thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
