Instructions

  1. Wash and halve the Brussels sprouts. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.

  4. Mix in the halved Brussels sprouts and cover the skillet. Cook on medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes until sprouts are tender yet crisp. Stir occasionally.
