  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss sliced nectarines with granulated sugar and cinnamon; let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Press half the crumb mixture into the prepared dish. Spread the nectarine filling over it, then top with remaining crumb mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and bubbly. Cool completely before slicing.
