  • 1 cup strawberries, mashed (with 1 tbsp sugar)
  • 1 cup blueberries, mashed (with 1 tbsp sugar)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until combined. Press into the prepared pan to form a crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix until fluffy.
  4. Incorporate eggs one at a time gently. Avoid over-mixing.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of strawberry and blueberry mixtures onto the cream cheese layer. Use a knife to swirl gently.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours.
