Instructions

  2. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool completely.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping gently.
  4. Add sliced strawberries and dry strawberry gelatin to the cream mixture; stir carefully.
  5. Spread the mixture over the cooled pretzel crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  6. Cut into squares or scoop portions with a spatula to serve chilled.
