  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 1 packet (3 oz) red fruit-flavored jello
  • 1 packet (3 oz) green fruit-flavored jello
  • 1 packet (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 cup of water and dissolve one packet of red jello in it. Stir in 1 cup of cold water and pour into a clear dish or cups. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix unflavored gelatin with ½ cup warm water and sweetened condensed milk until smooth.
  3. Once the red layer is firm, gently pour the creamy mixture over it and refrigerate until set.
  4. Repeat the process with green jello: dissolve in boiling water, add cold water, chill until firm, then layer on top of the creamy layer.
  5. Continue layering until all jello colors are used. Chill until ready to serve.
