Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Using kitchen scissors, cut through the top shell of each lobster tail without cutting all the way through.
  3. Gently pull apart the shell to expose the meat; brush melted butter over the exposed meat and season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix minced garlic with remaining melted butter and lemon juice; drizzle this mixture over each tail.
  5. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until the meat is opaque and tender.
