  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo Cookies
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup red and blue sprinkles
  • Gel food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin. Mix in softened cream cheese until well combined.
  2. Scoop out small portions and roll them into one-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth. Add food coloring if desired.
  4. Dip each Oreo ball into the melted chocolate, tapping off excess, then place back on the baking sheet.
  5. While the coating is still wet, sprinkle red and blue sprinkles on top. Allow to cool at room temperature or refrigerate until set.
