  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place salmon fillets in the dish; drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and dill.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over seasoned salmon; add lemon slices on top if desired.
