  • 1 cup water (for blue layer)
  • 1 package blue raspberry gelatin mix
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka
  • 1 cup water (for white layer)
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka (for white layer)
  • 1 cup water (for red layer)
  • 1 package strawberry gelatin mix
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka (for red layer)
  • Fresh blueberries and strawberries (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Blue Layer: Boil 1 cup of water, dissolve blue raspberry gelatin in it, then mix in 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka. Cool slightly and pour into shot glasses until filled one-third full. Chill for about 30 minutes until just set.
  2. 2. Make the White Layer: In a separate bowl, combine 1 cup boiling water with unflavored gelatin until dissolved. Stir in another 1/2 cup whipped cream vodka and pour over the blue layer until two-thirds full. Chill again for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. Create the Red Layer: Boil another cup of water, dissolve strawberry gelatin in it, then add in the final 1/2 cup of whipped cream vodka. Once cooled slightly, pour on top of the white layer until filled to the top. Refrigerate for at least two hours or until fully set.
  4. 4. Garnish: Top each shot with fresh blueberries and strawberries before serving.
