Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Clean mushrooms gently with a damp cloth and remove stems; set aside.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, then add spinach until wilted.
  4. In a bowl, combine sautéed spinach and garlic with cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  5. Generously stuff mushroom caps with the mixture.
