  • 4 cups green cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the tofu by pressing it to remove excess moisture; then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Carefully add cubed tofu to the skillet. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add chopped cabbage and sliced bell peppers to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender yet crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
  6. Remove from heat and top with chopped green onions before serving.
