  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by chopping onions, carrots, and potatoes; mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and sear the seasoned pork until browned on all sides (5-7 minutes).
