  • 3 tbsp fig jam
  • 3 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
  3. Spread the sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  4. While roasting, mix fig jam and balsamic vinegar in a bowl until combined.
  5. Remove sprouts from the oven, drizzle with the fig-balsamic mixture, and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes.
