  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced pickles
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef for about 6-8 minutes until no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder; stir well.
  3. Add shredded cheese and cook until melted (about 2 minutes).
  4. Lay each tortilla flat and place about 1/4 cup of the beef mixture in the center along with lettuce, diced tomatoes, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly from top to bottom.
