  • 1 cup full-fat coconut cream (chilled)
  • 8 oz high-quality dark chocolate

  • 6 sturdy popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Line popsicle molds with plastic wrap for easy removal.
  2. In a blender, combine mango pulp and coconut cream until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds, filling each about three-quarters full. Insert popsicle sticks upright.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth; add coconut oil for shine if desired.
  6. Remove magnums from molds and dip in melted chocolate; roll in chopped nuts if using before placing on parchment paper to set.
