Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well combined. Press firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour in eggnog along with nutmeg and cinnamon; mix until fully combined.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least four hours (or overnight). Top with whipped cream and additional nutmeg before serving.
