  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Cover and chill the mixture for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each ball in graham cracker crumbs to coat evenly.
  5. Melt chocolate in intervals until smooth, then dip each truffle into the chocolate.
  6. Place on parchment paper to set until firm.
