Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush 24 Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat softened cream cheese until smooth; gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.
