  • 6 medium jalapenos
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon bits
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds for less heat.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and bacon bits until well combined.
  4. Generously fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle panko bread crumbs on top of each stuffed jalapeno and spray lightly with olive oil.
  6. Place stuffed jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
