  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard powder

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, apple cider vinegar, mustard powder, minced garlic, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable bag or bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure they are well-coated and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Sprinkle thyme and rosemary over the chicken before transferring the skillet to the oven. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Remove from oven and let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
