  • 3 cans refrigerated biscuits (16.3 oz each)
  • 2 cups diced fresh apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon; add diced apples and toss until coated.
  3. Cut each biscuit into quarters and toss in the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  4. Layer half of the biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, drizzle with half of the melted butter, then add the apple mixture on top. Layer with the remaining biscuit pieces and pour on the rest of the butter.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  6. While cooling, whisk powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then drizzle over warm monkey bread before serving.
