  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, place panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then dip in olive oil before pressing into panko breadcrumbs.
