  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 sheet puff pastry or phyllo dough, thawed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté spinach in olive oil over medium heat until wilted (3-4 minutes).
  3. In a bowl, mix sautéed spinach with artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Roll out the pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles (3 inches wide).
  5. Place about a tablespoon of filling on each piece of dough. Fold over and pinch edges to seal.
  6. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
