Instructions

  1. 1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 5 minutes. Add melted butter and eggs. Gradually mix in flour until soft dough forms.
  2. 2. Knead: Transfer dough onto a floured surface and knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. 3. First Rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. 4. Create Filling: Mash blackberries with sugar and lemon juice in a separate bowl.
