  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 6 strips bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  3. While the pasta cools, chop the cherry tomatoes and romaine lettuce.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  5. Once the pasta is cool, add it to the bowl along with bacon bits, tomatoes, and lettuce. Toss gently to combine.
