  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, toasted

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar or honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse and trim broccoli and cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  2. Finely chop the red onion.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar or honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  5. Pour the dressing over the salad mix and gently toss until well-coated.
  6. Cover and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
