  • 2 tbsp Calabrian chili peppers (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Calabrian chili peppers. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. With damp hands, form about 1.5 tablespoons of mixture into meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
