  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until moist. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and mix until fluffy. Incorporate sour cream and eggs one at a time until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in diced apples and cinnamon into the cheesecake batter.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
