  • 2 cans (15 oz each) white beans, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add sliced shallots and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Pour in heavy cream and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Fold in white beans, seasoning with salt, pepper, and thyme.
  5. Layer half of the bean mixture in a greased baking dish; sprinkle half of the cheese on top. Repeat with remaining mixture and cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
