  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add chopped broccoli to the skillet and sauté for another 3-4 minutes until bright green.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Combine with chicken and broccoli.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta and half of the shredded cheese; transfer to a greased baking dish.
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
