  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese (mixed)

  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the ground turkey until browned (5-7 minutes).
  2. Add chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened (4-5 minutes). Stir in cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. On one half of each tortilla, spoon the turkey mixture and top with shredded cheese.
  4. Fold each tortilla in half and cook in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Let cool slightly before cutting into wedges and serve with sour cream or guacamole.
