  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 packet taco seasoning (1 oz)
  • 1 lb ground beef (or turkey)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat; drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in taco seasoning and half of the cheddar cheese; let cool slightly.
  5. Spread the meat mixture over half of the dough, fold the other half over, and seal.
  6. Place on a greased baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Cool slightly before slicing into sticks. Serve warm with sour cream.
