  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (5-7 minutes per side). Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Boil water in a large pot; cook fettuccine until al dente according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute, then add Alfredo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken, half of the mozzarella cheese, and the Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  6. Pour into the prepared baking dish, top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
