Instructions

  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter with milk, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, folding gently until just combined—avoid overmixing.
  5. Fill cupcake liners about two-thirds full and bake for 18-20 minutes or until they spring back when lightly pressed.
  6. Allow cooling in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Frost once completely cool.
