Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of chopped chocolate in the center of each square and fold over to seal, using a fork to press down the edges.
  6. Brush each pastry with an egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
