Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14 oz) pie crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 cups diced Granny Smith or Honeycrisp apples
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (cold)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles slightly larger than muffin tin cups. Press each circle into the cups with some overhang.
  2. In a bowl, combine cranberries, diced apples, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Toss until well-coated and fill each pie crust generously.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and cold butter until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over each mini pie.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and bubbling at the edges. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
