Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

  4. Place the beef in a roasting pan; coat it with half of the sauce. Reserve the other half for basting.
  5. Roast for about 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting every 30 minutes with the reserved sauce.
  6. Allow the roast to rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
