Perfect for busy weeknights or special occasions, this dish promises to delight everyone at the table with its irresistible flavors and creamy texture.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot and cook fettuccine until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon for 6-8 minutes until crispy. Drain excess fat but leave some for flavor.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then sear in the same skillet until golden brown and cooked through (6-7 minutes per side). Remove and keep warm.
  4. Sauté minced garlic in the remaining grease for about 1 minute. Add heavy cream and stir until combined.
  5. Lower heat and mix in Parmesan cheese until melted. Toss in cooked pasta, bacon bits, and sliced chicken until well coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
