  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
