  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruits thoroughly and prepare by cutting pineapple into bite-sized chunks, hulling strawberries, and slicing peaches.
  2. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey or maple syrup with lemon juice to create a glaze.
  4. Thread the fruit (and optional bell peppers) onto skewers, alternating for color.
  5. Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F/200°C) and grill kabobs for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently and brushing with remaining glaze.
