  • 1 cup Guinness Stout
  • 2 tbsp chili powder

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5 minutes).
  2. Add minced garlic and ground beef; cook until browned and crumbled.
  3. Stir in chili powder and cumin, then add canned tomatoes.
  4. Pour in Guinness Stout, scraping any bits from the bottom. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. Mix in kidney beans with salt and pepper; simmer gently for at least 30 minutes.
