  • 4 tbsp teriyaki sauce

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 pineapple rings (fresh or canned)
  • 4 slices provolone or Swiss cheese
  • Lettuce leaves (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by thawing the ground turkey and chopping the green onions.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey with teriyaki sauce and half of the green onions. Form into 8 small patties.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each patty for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  4. Place cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
  5. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and spread teriyaki sauce on both sides. Assemble sliders with a patty, pineapple ring, lettuce, remaining green onions, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
