  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in a bowl with yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, cumin, and salt for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes along with garam masala and paprika; cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until no longer pink (about 10-12 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  5. Lower heat and mix in heavy cream; simmer for another 5 minutes to meld flavors.
  6. Top with kasuri methi and garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
