  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 cup canned tomato puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and marinate with yogurt, salt, garam masala, lemon juice, and ginger-garlic paste for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté onions until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger; stir until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  4. Stir in tomato puree and additional spices; cook for about 10 minutes.
  5. Gradually add cream while stirring; let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add marinated chicken pieces; cook on medium-low heat until fully cooked (15-20 minutes).
  7. Serve with basmati rice or naan.
